Experience Itinerary - 5 Days / 4 Nights
Day 1: The journey begins with a transfer from your hotel to the pier, where the Untamed Amazon awaits you. Onboard, you will be greeted with welcome cocktails and a selection of appetizers, followed by an introduction to the team and accommodations. Lunch, the first act of our gastronomic odyssey, previews the culinary richness you will experience, with dishes that highlight local flavors. In the afternoon, after exploring the meeting of the waters and the Janauary Ecological Park, the day culminates with a Rivers Banquet, a candlelit dinner that blends flavors from the Negro and Solimões rivers, each dish a tribute to the confluence of cultures, accompanied by wines that elevate the experience.
Day 2: After waking up to a nutritious Amazonian breakfast, the day begins with a visit to the Rubber Museum, followed by a lunch onboard that promises to delight the senses. In the evening, after navigating through the stunning landscapes of the Anavilhanas archipelago, the Flavor Odyssey begins: a Six-Act Sensory Dinner exploring the diversity of Amazonian cuisine, each dish a celebration of the earth, meticulously paired with selected wines for a memorable experience.
Day 3: The dawn in the Amazon heralds an inspiring breakfast before heading to the Tumbira community, where sustainability and local culture intertwine. Lunch onboard serves as a bridge to an afternoon of leisure and sunset contemplation. As night falls, the Elemental Experience: Earth, Fire, and Water transforms a beach dinner into an exclusive luau, with dishes prepared over a parrilla fire, uniting participants in a celebration of life and Amazonian flavors.
Day 4: The journey starts at dawn with bird watching, followed by an energizing breakfast. A trail reveals secrets of medicinal plants and riverside culture. Lunch onboard precedes an afternoon of interaction with the community and nature. The day ends with a happy hour and an Amazonian Dinner. Enjoy an immersive gastronomic experience that celebrates the richness of Amazonian cuisine. Our chef composes a table full of local dishes, offering a true festival of colors and flavors.
Day 5: The last day offers breakfast with stunning views, followed by a meeting with the Tuyuka indigenous community, before navigating back to Manaus. Lunch onboard bids farewell to participants. A Tuyuka Lunch provides a memorable goodbye, with dishes that respect the traditions of the indigenous peoples, reinterpreted with a contemporary touch.
